ABOUT ME
Hi, I am Jannay Rose. I am a proud mother and grandmother. I have been humbled by life and softened by grace. I write stories that help families heal forward. My heart is to break cycles of dysfunction and replace them with faith, truth and hope.
WHY I WRITE
I write to make changes in my generation so the next generation grows freer, stronger and rooted in truth. This is Soul Fighter work.
I am in imperfect sinner who has seen how families can slowly unravel when wounds go unhealed. I have lived close enough to brokenness to know how deeply it affects children and close enough to grace to know restoration is possible.
I wrote Wonderfully Made because during my years teaching young children, I began to notice something that broke my heart. Even at such an early age, many of them were already questioning whether they were good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, or strong enough. Their innocent little hearts were already comparing, doubting, and feeling like they needed to be someone different to be valued.
I wanted to write a book that speaks truth into those tender years. A book that reminds every child that they are not an accident, not a mistake, and not “less than.” They were created intentionally, lovingly, and perfectly by God.
My prayer is that every child who reads Wonderfully Made will grow up knowing deep in their heart that our God makes no mistakes and that who they are is EXACTLY who they were meant to be.
